Depart from your hotel for a 2 hours drive to Beaufort,
passing paddy fields, villages, secluded beaches and
mangrove forests to reach Kampung Garama. |

|
Upon arrival, enjoy a light refreshment before taking a
boat ride to observe the “odd nose” proboscis monkeys in
their mangrove forest habitat. Other attractions include
the long tail macaques and water birds. You may also see
water buffaloes bathing or swimming across the river.

6.00pm |
|
Return to jetty for dinner. After dinner, take a short
river cruise to see fireflies lighting up the river
banks on a moonless night before heading back to Kota
Kinabalu. |
