Climbing Mt.
Kinabalu is easy. It only requires your physical fitness and
determination. Your journey starts from Timpohon Gate that
located at 1866.4 meters above sea level and it takes about 4 to
6 hours to reach Laban Rata Resthouse. Along the way, you may
see various species of pitcher plants and see the blooming of
Nepenthes Rajah if any. As early as 3 am, your journey continues
to Hugh Low’s Peak and in time to catch the stunning sunrise
over the horizon. An opportunity not to be missed! |
